Established in 2003, F-Concepts, Inc. (F-Concepts) is an SBA certified 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned (EDWOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) that has successfully been combining management expertise with a broad range of multi-disciplinary technical skills. Our core service offerings include information technology (IT) systems and equipment installation and maintenance; voice, data, cabling, and video communications; systems administration; desktop; and program and project management support services. As a multi-faceted provider of IT solutions to both Federal and Commercial clients, F-Concepts is accustomed to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. F-Concepts has implemented an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System (QMS) and has also been appraised as CMMI-SVC Maturity Level 3 for services. Based on knowledge and experience, F-Concepts offers greater reliability, efficiency, and consistency in our services through meticulous planning and implementation of proactive risk mitigation processes that are documented within our company’s Quality Manual and Work Management Plans. Our work demonstrates our ability to successfully align resources, capabilities, and technologies in order to develop and deliver holistic solutions through proven corporate- and project-level infrastructures for the successful management and completion of project tasks. We develop responsive solutions to fit our clients’ needs and challenges, which has enabled us to rapidly expand in both the government and commercial markets. Further, commitment to customer satisfaction has granted F-Concepts the privilege of maintaining ongoing relationships with many of our clients. At the conclusion of each project, F-Concepts follows up with clients to collect both positive and negative feedback. All responses are used to institute appropriate procedural changes that promote improvement and growth.
